Trampoline & Tumbling Program We offer tumbling classes for students ages 5 to 18. Basic through advanced tumbling skills are taught with the aid of our spring floor, trampolines, 30 foot long tumble trak, and air trak. Mats, springboards, and mini trampolines are also incorporated into the training. Students are able to progress at an accelerated rate through the use of our high tech equipment. Students of any level-from beginner to advanced are welcome to join. Each student will work on the skills they are ready to perfect and learn. For example: one student might be learning round-offs, while another is learning lay-out fulls. Students will be individually challenged, according to their skill level. Gymnasts, cheerleaders, or dancers who wish to add impressive tumbling skills to their routines will definitely benefit from this program. Trampoline & Tumbling Flipstarz (Ages 5+) – Monday 4:00-5:00, Tuesday 5:00-6:00 orFriday 4:00-5:00 - $72 per month This class focuses on providing cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts with the skills necessary to become good tumblers. Students will spend time working on strength and tumbling drills that will help them get one step closer to better tumbling for classes and try-outs. Beginner tumblers will work on strengthening handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and rolls, as well as basic drills for round offs, and walkovers. Intermediate Tumblers have mastered these skills, and will work on perfecting their round-offs, handsprings and walkovers. Advanced Tumblers students have already grasped above skills, and will work on round off back handsprings, front handsprings, front/back tucks, twisting, and more.
Infernoz Cheer Basics Class - $69 per month Infernoz (Ages 5-15) Infernoz Cheerleaders will learn the basics of cheerleading, jumps, kicks, stunts and tumbling. This class is open for registration year-round unless all spots are filled.
Rocketz Cheer Team Rocketz (Ages 9+) Our Rocketz All Star Cheer team trains to attend shows & competitions both in & out of state. Tryouts are held every spring for the upcoming season. Tumbling experience is recommended.
Mini Moonz Cheer Team Mini Moonz (Ages 7-9) Our Mini Moonz All Star Cheer team trains to attend shows & competitions both in & out of state. Tryouts are held every spring for the upcoming season. Tumbling experience is recommended.
